Matthew role is to oversee company plans and set the strategic goals for future expansion.

Matthew has over 30 years’ experience in the HVAC industry in both consulting and contracting companies. He has held positions ranging from project engineer, project manager, construction manager, general manager and director up to his current position of managing director. Matthew's extensive knowledge of the industry combined with his engineering background allow him to provide tailored expertise on variety of different project applications.

​Matthew is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Member of the Australian Institute of Refrigeration Air Conditioning & Heating (AIRAH), Member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and Member of Chartered Institution of building Services Engineers (CIBSE).
